  Maybe too fancy? November 17, 2008 There are many good recipes in this book, but I would like to see more "normal" or comfort food recipes modified to work with the South Beach diet.
  OK but not what I wanted October 24, 2008 The cookbook was not the one I really wanted. I found out that I wanted the "quick and easy" recipes. This one is more involved than I wanted.
  Best Cook Book I Ever Bought. October 24, 2008 I bought this book book to follow up with the SouthBeach Diet Book. This cook book added such a great variety to our meals.   South Beach Diet Cookbook August 16, 2008 Very useful tool when going on this diet. Helps w/ having variety to eat while in phase 1, 2 and 3. Very timely delivery.
  Now that's what I like - diet recipes that are also tasty! July 25, 2008 The recipe book and its companion paperback guide make it easy to sort out where all the "sugar" and "fats" are hidden in the prepared foods at the grocery store so you can make healthy decisions according to your own needs. The recipes are good - some a bit too fancy for our tastes - but all can me modified with the foods and spices on the lists that you like. We've also found several new favorites!
