5 out of 5 stars Coaching Questions--excellent resource for all coaches   December 21, 2008
The book arrived yesterday and I'm using it already. As a coach, I use a lot of Powerful Questions, and this book helped me expand my perspective on how to do that. It's easy to read and has helpful sidebars in every section. I'd like to see more niche chapters, though.

5 out of 5 stars A Great Resource for Everyone who wants to coach!   December 19, 2008
"Coaching Questions" is a must have for every coach. New ones can use it to get off to a great start. Seasoned ones can benefit from revisiting powerful questions. Coaches need to know Tony Stoltzfus' articulations of the Top Ten Asking Mistakes and how to overcome them.

3 out of 5 stars A Good Starting Point   December 17, 2008

This book is great for coaches just starting out or for those that would like an abundance of questions. The content itself is OK and they questions are separated into specific areas of interest or niches. The questions are very thought provoking and I would recommended any coaches that purchase the book to answer the questions themselves. This way they will have a sense of what their clients will experience.

3 out of 5 stars Lots of everything but lack on cases   December 17, 2008
A good book for every coaching rookie. However not "tough enough" for real cases with more exeprienced workers (especially those in comfort zone). Few more practical cases woul make this book a must, but for now it's o.k.
