Just like the title says December 17, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Firstly I admit I have not yet read through the whole book, however this is the beauty of the one minute coach, just pick it up, absorb, reflect, process the action steps. Excellent if you need re-focusing during the day, or like to set a weekly goal. Do not expect to receive a typical 1-150 page read, this is much more effective, after a few days of use you will see where it takes you.
The one minute coach: change your life one minute at a time December 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Inspirational, easy to read, easy to action and make the small changes create big differences in your life. Fantastic value. Action steps keep you focused and hold your hand through the process, with amazing results. This is the first book I think I have read which has made sense and been realistic. I think everyone should have the opportunity of reading this and then make their own choices, but you have absolutely nothing to loose and a whole lot more to gain!
Its great December 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I highly recommend this book. It is one of the best books I have read.

Missed the mark for me December 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The One Minute Coach is a great book for someone who hasn't done much sort of self-analysis work, but a disappointment if you have. While I believe there is always value in someone else's take on a subject, this book was way to simplistic for me.
On the positive side, the book is a quick read, the chapters have great exercises to get in touch with blocks and barriers and will be a great check-in technique ongoing. I'm hoping the value will show up as I work through all of them. But, as a coach myself, I felt the work was a little over-simplified and assumptive.
I would have liked to be able to see samples more representative of the whole book. Once I read through it, the book just didn't deliver on the promises of the back cover.
Clear, Concise, Easy To Follow November 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Don't let the size of the book fool you. When I first received my copy I was thinking that it looked a little small, but once I started reading it I realized that Masha had chosen her words carefully and this is a very complete book and not one filled with a lot of fluff.
People at any level of success can easily go through the various exercises. It takes only a minute to read through each section, but you should spend some time doing the action steps at the end of each chapter to really maximize your chances to succeed.
Overall a very easy read, with a great message throughout.
Well done Masha!
