Easy to use and so much benefit from it I could not believe it after just one time! Do follow instructions and do one area at a time though. Wonderful Product!
 Helpful for chronic back pain December 6, 2008
The Miracle Ball Method does relieve pain just as it claims; I don't know if it is able to "Reshape Your Body," but it does reduce stress by reducing pain. I had sufficiently positive results with this product to buy a couple for family members.

I keep a miracle ball by my bed and squeeze it between my hands. Easy arm and pectoral work out. Works between knees, too.

I have suffered lower back pain for 5 years. I have tried narcotics, muscle relaxers, heat, ice, physcial thereapy, chiropractors, but none compare to the relief that I experience with the miracle balls. My life has never been better. I feel like I am 10-20 years younger and I am so happy! I love them! The name, Miracle Ball speaks for itself. I have had lower back pain for 5 years and no amount of narcotic pain pills, physical therapy or heating pads compares to the relief I experience with the miracle balls. They work! Imagine, pain relief naturally. I think every doctor should certainly recommend them to their patients with lower back pain and even for knee pain, neck, etc., etc. YIPEE! I waited so long for relief and this one truely is a conqueror! Come on, for those of us who experience severe pain, due to a back injury-we need to double up on methods to relieve our aching backs and this one does the job.

I have lower back pain from being a stomach-sleeper all my life. These little balls really have helped with the pain. And I like using them on other parts of my body just because it feels so good (they really help elicit the relaxation response). My only complaint is that I wish there was a DVD that came with them instead of a tedious little book. It can be hard to hold the book in one hand and read the instructions while trying to position the ball under you with the other.
